Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the terms under which Provence Occitane Properties provides its concierge services, property management, and real estate support to its elite clientele. These standards ensure premium service delivery and a clear framework for all professional relationships established.

2. Services

The services offered (property management, private services, real estate valuation, acquisition support, etc.) are detailed on the site or via personalized discussions with each client. A custom quote or proposal may be drafted to specify the exact content, duration, and pricing of the professional services to be provided.

3. Rates and Billing

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and may be presented excluding or including taxes depending on the service nature. Payment terms (deposit, balance, deadlines) are specified in the quote, proposal, or contract accepted by the client. Any service undertaken will result in invoicing in accordance with the agreed-upon financial terms.

4. Ordering and Acceptance

Every order or mission is considered firm and final upon written acceptance of the quote, proposal, or contract (signature, email validation, or any other written agreement). The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions prior to any final validation of the project.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Any request for cancellation or modification of a service must be submitted in writing. Provence Occitane Properties reserves the right to apply cancellation fees, depending on the mission progress and commitments already made (service providers, reservations, dedicated time, etc.), to ensure fair compensation for work and costs incurred.

6. Liability

Homeavie is committed to providing all the care and professionalism necessary for its services.However, our liability cannot be held in cases of force majeure, facts attributable to the client or third parties, or indirect damages (loss of opportunity, financial loss, etc.) that may occur during our professional engagement.

7. Insurance

Homeavie declares that it holds the necessary insurance policies required for the exercise of its professional activities, in full compliance with current applicable regulations and laws.

8. Personal Data

The processing of personal data within the framework of services is governed by the site's "Privacy Policy" page, to which these terms and conditions expressly refer.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law.In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered head office, in accordance with the rules of procedure currently in force.
