1. Vacation Rentals – Comprehensive Concierge Solutions
    Full vacation rental oversight: 25% incl. tax of earned rent (includes 20% VAT apply)
2. Estate Care and Property Maintenance
  • Monthly fixed-rate stewardship: €280 incl. tax / month
  • Custom requests (remodeling, staging, events, site visits, etc.): €70 incl. tax / hour
3. Real Estate Brokerage – Transactions and Management
Property Hunting
  • Rates: 3.5% incl. tax of the final purchase price with a minimum €5,000 tax included
Leasing

Sales Listings
